1. Customer Orders
Your membership will include product pages where you can send
people to order products. For every product order placed through your
pages, you will receive a 30% commission. Introducing others to your
products is not only a great way to get customers, but you will find
some of them will want to join you as a member!
Example:
$39.95 x 30% = $11.98
(your commission per order placed) |

2. Fast Start Bonus
If you refer new people who join The Berry Tree as a Full Member you
will receive a $10.00 Fast Start Bonus in the first
month... $5 the second month and $4 the third month. Not only will you
receive fast starts on your personally sponsored members but also on
your first 3 levels as well. If you are a BNA advantage member you will
also receive additional fast start commissions on levels 4 and 5 as
well. After fast starts are paid out, these members will be
placed into your 2x12 "tree" in the next available position. PLUS you
will also be able to count these new members towards your Bonus Pool
qualifications (Regional and above) every month they stay active after
that!
Examples:
If
you sponsor 2 people within your first month and these members also
sponsored 2 members each within that same month then you'd receive $20
(2x$10) for the 2 that you sponsored + $20 (4x$5) for the 4 members
that they sponsored. If those 4 happened to have sponsored their 8 (2
each) then that would be an additional $32 (8x$4) to you... totaling
$72 in fast starts for that month where you only personally sponsored 2
members. That's only the first month! If these members are still active
members in The Berry Tree their 2nd and 3rd month then you'll receive
additional fast starts on them as well (but with a twist). In month 2
you'll receive $4 for each of the 2 personally sponsored members which
you signed up the month before... $10 on their PS members.... and $5 on
theirs. In this example you'd receive (2x$5 + 4x$10 + 8x$4) = $82 in
fast start bonuses for the efforts you and your team did in month 1.
Month 3 would look like (2x$4
+ 4x$5 + 8x$10) = $108.
Bottom line is that you will receive
$19 per full member (over a 3 month period) that signs up beneath you
on one of your first 3 levels. If you are a BNA Advantage Member (#8
below) then you will also receive $4 per member on your level 4 and $3
per member on your level 5 in the first month that member joins your
team. If you are NOT a BNA Advantage member then these commissions
"roll up" to the next Senior Advantage Member in your upline.
The All Star Bonus Pool is
made up of $8 from every new Full Member who joined that month.

There are 2 Ways to
Qualify for the All Star Bonus Pool:
1.
Sponsor 2 new Full Members
during your first 7 days in the
business and you will qualify for a share of the All Star Bonus Pool!
2.
Sponsor 3 or more new Full
Members during any calendar
month and you will qualify for a share of the All Star Bonus Pool!

Examples:
If
1,000 new members joined in a given month and you enrolled at least 2
new full members in you first week, then you earn a share of $8,000. If
only 100 members qualified for this bonus pool then your share would be
$80.00
If
you are a current full member (in any given month) and you enroll at
least 3 new full members in that calendar month, then you will also
earn a share of that same $8,000. Providing that only 100 members
qualified for this bonus pool, your share again would be $80.00
*Keep in mind that these are only examples. The All Star Bonus Pool Shares depend on
the amount of new members joining and also the amount of members who qualify for
these shares. Shares could
potentially be more or less than these examples
indicate.
4.
The Berry Tree Matrix:
The Berry Tree compensation plan consists of a “2 by” Matrix. This “2
by” Matrix is being built by your sponsor and upline and other members
of the company right now. On your first level you have 2 positions
available directly under you for people to be placed. Those 2 people in
turn will have 2 positions each under them. This structure goes down 12
levels and pays commissions on the 3rd, 6th, 9th and 12th levels.

about the 2x12 matrix:
When
your first level is full, new members get placed on your 2nd level.
When
your second level
is
full, new members get placed on your 3rd level.
You
will start to earn $3.00 on every member on your 3rd level
(no
matter who sponsored them). If you've not personally enrolled one
member in The Berry Tree then you'll only receive half (50%) of those
commissions. There is a total of 8 members on your 3rd level
(2x2x2=8).
You
can view the chart below for more details on how much money you can
earn in The Berry Tree Matrix. As you will see, you will never have to
sponsor more than 3 members in order to receive 100% commissions from
The Berry Tree Matrix (Chart 1). How fast your matrix fills depends
upon you, your upline and the members placed below you in your
organization.

Examples:

you become a Regional Director in The Berry Tree you'll get an extra
$.50 per member on your level 9. If you have members below you who DO

YOU PER MEMBER who did not
qualify for extra commissions on that level.

If
you become a 1 Star Director in The Berry Tree you'll get an extra
$2.00 per member on your level 9. If you have members below you who DO
NOT qualify at the 1 Star position or above then you'll receive the
extra $2.00
per person on THEIR level 9 as well. This could mean an extra $1,024
to YOU PER MEMBER who did not
qualify
for extra commissions on that level. (512
level 9 members x $2.00 = $1,024)
Remember... this program is NOT about your signing up hundreds of
members yourself. Most people don't have the ability to do that anyway.
But just sponsoring a few and helping those few do the same you can
advance to ANY level in our comp plan. You could actually sign up just
3 people and teach those 3 how to do the same and eventually earn your
way to the 3 Star level by having 2,000 members in your organization,
even if some of these people are falling on your level 50 or level 100!
6. Bonus Pools & BMC's:
One of the most
exciting and
unique aspects of The Berry Tree is your ability to earn on thousands
of people every month. With our Patent Pending Compensation Plan you
can earn on every single person in the entire company, even if you or
your team did not sponsor them or they ARE NOT in your “2 by” matrix.
There is a very simple way that you can qualify
to earn in these lucrative Bonus Pools
called accumulating Berry Member Credits (BMCs).
Participating
in The Berry Tree and remaining a member with us insures
that you will eventually earn money from the
Bronze, Silver and Gold Bonus Pools (even if you don't sponsor
anyone). Every 2
months after you join The Berry Tree
you will receive 1 Berry Member Credit (BMC). These credits can be
applied to the Bonus Pools (Chart 3 below). Once you have 10 BMCs you
will
begin earning money as a Bronze Member which entitles you to earn a
share from every monthly membership order
in the entire Berry Tree organization!

you have accumulated 10 BMC's then you will begin to earn a share from
this
bonus pool. This way even a passive member can eventually earn money
with us without ever sponsoring anyone.
Let's say that we have 100,000 members in The Berry Tree and there are
only 2,000 members who qualify for this bonus pool. This means that
there would be $500,000 (100,000 active members x $5) in the Bronze
Bonus Pool. Your share would be $250 for that month ($500,000 ÷
2,000 = $250). On the same note, if only 1,000 members qualified then
you'd be earning $500 per month for doing absolutely nothing at all but
remaining a member of The Berry Tree. This is the company's way of
rewarding it's members simply for remaining loyal customers.

By
building a TEAM with The Berry Tree, you can earn even more commissions
in the Leadership Bonus Pool. Keep in mind that this is a different
matrix from your "2 by" matrix. The above chart reflects your PS
(Personally Sponsored) Matrix. When you enroll a member into The Berry
Tree that member is ALWAYS on your level 1 in your PS Matrix. So if you
enroll 100 members then ALL 100 members
will be on your level 1. Furthermore, ALL of the members that they
personally refer will be on your level 2, etc. Also keep in mind that
each sponsorship leg (person that you enroll and their downline) will
not count for more than 60% of the actual qualification for that "rank".
Examples:
Let's say that you grow your team to 500 members. You are now a 1 Star
Executive in The Berry Tree. Fifty cents
($.50) from every membership (product order) goes into the 1 Star Bonus
Pool. Let's say again that we have 100,000 members in The Berry Tree
and there are
only 100 members who qualify for this bonus pool. This means that
there would be $50,000 (100,000 active members x $.50) in the 1 Star
Bonus Pool. Your share would be $500 for that month. However, with the
same amount of active members in The Berry Tree with only 50 members
qualifying for the 1 Star Bonus Pool, your share would be $1,000 for
that month. The best part about this is that you've also earned a share
in the International, National and Regional Bonus
Pools as well! Of course, this is not to mention the money that you're
already earning in The Berry Tree "2 by" Matrix, fast starts, overrides
etc. In order to be paid as a Ruby in The Berry Tree then you will need
to sponsor 3 members who are all 1 Stars with us.

8. BNA Advantage (Optional Upgrade):
You can receive extra commissions by
participating in a special Multiple Streams of Income
Program that exists between The Berry tree and its parent companies
Automatic Builder and Nutronix International. That program is called BNA
Advantage. By
activating your Automatic Builder website and upgrading your
Nutronix position you can more than double your
Berry Tree Matrix earnings!
How Does This Work?
First of all, when you join The Berry Tree you are given a FREE
position in Nutronix International. It's up to YOU if you want to
upgrade that position or not. This is TOTALLY optional. However, if you
decide to upgrade your position then you will earn an additional
monthly income from Nutronix International, earn extra
Matrix Commissions in The Berry Tree AND earn additional fast start
commissions on your levels 4 and 5 as well. When you enroll a full
member in The Berry Tree, that person will also have the option to
upgrade. If this new member upgrades then he/she will go into your
Nutronix downline as well as your Berry Tree Matrix. If you do not
upgrade in Nutronix then any personally sponsored members who decide to
upgrade will go beneath your sponsor in Nutronix or the next person in
your Berry Tree upline who IS upgraded into Nutronix International. So,
as you will see below, for members who are "builders", Nutronix
International can assist you in earning an additional stream of monthly
income which may very well exceed your Berry Tree earnings over time.
How much you earn from Nutronix and how much extra earnings you can
potentially receive
in The Berry Tree depends on the level you upgrade to in Nutronix
International.
Let's first look at

Commissions:
Senior Advantage Members can earn an extra $2 Dollars on Level 9, and
up to an extra $2 Dollars on Level 12 in The Berry Tree Matrix. This
can potentially earn you up to an extra $9,280.00 per month, which
would equal an extra $111,360.00 a year! Please note that the Senior
Advantage Membership position (SAM) allows you to earn basically
the same extra commissions as an Executive Advantage member (Chart 6
above). However, there's a HUGE difference.
The first difference is that in order to become a SAM you MUST upgrade
to
the Senior position within your first 28 days. Therefore, you will not
have an option to become a SAM after you've been a member of The Berry
Tree longer than 28 days. The biggest difference
is something called "Breakage".
BREAKAGE COMMISSIONS:
If someone on your
team does not qualify to earn on Levels 9 or 12 below you, the unearned
commissions roll up to the next upline SAM in that member's personally
sponsored upline. This is an incredible

Extra Fast Start
Commissions:

Examples:
Let's say that you are a SAM who is actively building a team in The
Berry Tree and you now have an organization of THOUSANDS of members
beneath you. There WILL (more than
likely) be some members in your downline who only upgraded to the Jr
Advantage or Executive Advantage position. For whatever reason, some of
them may not have upgraded to be a BNA Advantage member at all. Let's
face it, The Berry Tree is an EXCELLENT income opportunity all by
itself. As Chart 7 (above) explains, you will earn "breakage"
commissions on each member who did not upgrade to the SAM position or
did not upgrade at all. However, keep in mind that these commissions
roll up to the next qualified SAM in the unqualified member's
upline.
If you enrolled Joe and he only upgraded to the Jr Advantage position
then you'd receive $1 per person on Joe's level 9 and $1.50 per person
on Joe's level 12. Let's say that Joe's level 9 and 12 are full. This
comes out to an extra $6,656 per month from Joe's breakage alone! You
could have several members like Joe below you. There is no limit to the
number of members you can earn breakage on.
If
you enrolled Sue and she DID NOT upgraded to a BNA Advantage position
at all then
you'd receive $2 per person on Sue's
level 9 and another $2 per person on Sue's
level 12. Let's say that Sue's
level 9 and 12 are full. This
comes out to an extra $9,280 per month from Sue's
breakage alone! You
could have several members like Sue
below
you. Again, there is no limit to the
number of members you can earn breakage on.
Now, being that sue is not a BNA advantage member, she does not qualify
to earn the extra fast start commissions on her levels 4 and 5. Your
being a SAM means that those unearned fast start commissions would roll
up to you as well! But it doesn't stop there... If Sue has others
directly beneath her who also do not qualify to receive fast start
commissions on their levels 4 and 5 those "FS" commissions also roll up
to YOU! Again, this could mean several additional THOUSANDS rolling up
to YOU (in fast starts alone) if you have several people in your
organization who are not BNA advantage members.
