Why Would I Want to Build a PowerLeg.

Some facts first about the Nutronix Pay Plan.

To Reach Regional You Need 2,500CV of volume in your personal
team with no more than 1,500 of that volume in one leg.

 

What is a Leg?

Every time you recruit a new distributor into your team and they sit
personally sponsored by you, that is a new leg.  As a team grows under
any member on your front line, this volume counts towards that leg.

The thing is the Volume has no limit to how far below you it falls.
The volume counts from infinite levels below you.

Your Income will Spike Upwards Dramatically when you hit Regional Director. 

As a Senior Exec you could be earning up to approx $150
per month but this depends on how your business is structured.

The real money starts when you hit Regional Director and above.
The average Regional Earns approx $400 per month.
It can vary depending on how it is structured.

 

For Success You Need to Focus Long Term.  Not years but you must focus on 4 – 6 months ahead.  Regional will not happen over night but if you follow the plan described here it will happen MUCH faster than it would otherwise.

 

Why Build the PowerLeg?

The two primary reason that exist are

Retention of Members

True TEAM Environment
(People like to work WITH People)

 

Many MLM Leaders Promote Building Wide.  They work on the
philosophy that is you throw enough mud on the wall, eventually
some of it will stick.  This method has worked for some but I
would expect the % of success stories would be well less than 1%.

It is true that when you build Wide your Immediate Profits are
Greater but it is often like the Straw House that one of the
three pigs built.  One Puff of wind and it falls over.

When you Build Deep You are Building a Business Based on Security
and you can ride out any storm.  The Big Bad Wolf Will be blue
in the face but your House of Bricks Stand Solid.

Let me paint a picture.  

You purchase some GTT’s, Phone Verified Leads or Enter your Team Coop.

You bring in 5 new members.

Joe (100)   Sue (100)   Jim (100)   Pam (100)   Ray (100)

Total Group (600cv).  

 

You are a Happy Camper

You earned $150

 

Who has to work with these members?
Who is the person that is trying to Provide Motivation,

Financial Assistance for Advertising?

If no one has the same ability or luck that you had what will happen to

Joe, Sue, Jim, Pam and Ray?

 

The likely scenario is that 80% (4 of them will be gone)

 

Only you benefit short-term (building wide)

How likely is it that Joe, Sue, Jim or Pam leave your 
business when a team exists below them?   Very slim.

 

Now what about if Ray does not have the financial ability to use
paid advertising or maybe is a person that is working 2 jobs to pay
the bills and has little time.  He has loads of desire but that is about it.

Now you have a true TEAM, each of you stands to gain from any
new members that join.  What would happen if each of you put
$25 into a team coop or maybe you bought a couple of Solo Ads
with a good Ezine.  Ray has now got $100 promoting his business.

 

Is Ray going to stay?  Almost certainly now.

If Ray gets a new member so does everyone else.

 

How Deep Do I Go?

Work with your Upline Leaders for the Stratagy that seems to work best for them.

I personally work on transferring Sponsorship and creating a
PowerLeg until it will continue to build with or without you.

This may happen when there are 6 – 10 members
but it may take 10 – 20 members.

When you start your second leg, it will take a little effort and time to
get started but by then you should know exactly what you are doing
and putting 900CV into a second leg should be a breeze.  That’s right,
your own 100CV monthly product purchase counts towards your qualification
so you only need 900CV to get mile stone 2,500CV and Regional Director.

 

 

How to Transfer Members to create a PowerLeg.

Elect a PowerLeg Manager.   This is VERY important.

This PowerLeg Manager is like the Conductor of an Orcastra,
nothing happens without them giving instructions.

You must place members based on join date and time with Nutronix.
Once a member is placed they cant be moved again.

One member should set a spreadsheet.

On the 25^th of each month they should copy and paste their
PowerLeg Downline from their Nutronix PS Genealogy.

They will need to sort all the new members into Date Order.

All members who have not upgraded can be notified that they may get a
head start if they upgrade.  It is a one shot deal.  Are you In or are you Out.

Once all upgraded and qualified members are identified the Manager
then contacts each sponsor in the order of the transfers to be made.

Give full details of the New Sponsor.

Confirm this has occurred and then call or notify the next Sponsor to do a transfer.
