Real Examples for :
Building your Powerlegs

Recently, I've been a bit determined to help everyone understand exactly how the Nutronix compensation plan works. I've called a couple of my members that I personally sponsored to see if they were interested in building their Nutronix business with the rest of us. Simply put, the Powerlegs in Nutronix should be used to our advantage in helping every member in our downline succeed. Below I've copied my "summary" from the Nutronix backoffice. Of course, I've removed some of the columns with my members' personal info. Please view the chart, then let me explain to you what's going on.

My Personally Sponsored Distributors:
This chart is located under my "Summary" link in Nutronix.

Note: You'll only show up in this chart if I personally sponsored you.
Your sponsor has a similar chart in his/her own account where YOUR name is listed.
By upgrading in Nutronix you will go into one of YOUR SPONSOR'S powerlegs.

Remember, Powerlegs are built according to enrollment date and you must be on an active autoship of at least 40cv (Junior) with Nutronix in order to benefit from the powerleg. According to this chart, Elridge Jones (bottom) has been in Nutronix the longest. Therefore I will place Elridge at the very top of my leg. So far this is what my powerleg looks like:

Elridge Jones (now has group volume of 1462)
John Grwel
(now has group volume of 1362)
Terry Whitner (now has group volume of 1322)
Dennis McKee (now has group volume of 1260)
Craig Gamble (now has group volume of 1220)
Ya'Ken Willis (now has group volume of 1180)
CJ Kidd
(now has group volume of 1140)
Jerry Tapscott (now has group volume of 640)
Glenn Roberts Jr. (now has group volume of 140)
Thomas Morrison (still has group volume of 100 until new members join & upgrade)

(Note that I have not actually moved these people yet. But this WILL be done before October 27, 2007.
This gives everyone on the chart above a fare chance to upgrade and be a part of this powerleg)

Moves Completed!!!
Oct 27, 2007 Deadline Expired
The powerleg was arranged as follows (upgraded members only):

Name
Qualification Level
GV - October
Elridge Jones Executive Director
1502
John Grwel Junior Executive Director 1402
Terry Whitner Junior Executive Director 1362
Dennis McKee Junior Executive Director 1300
Craig Gamble Junior Executive Director 1260
Felicia Harris N/A
0
Van Dang Junior Executive Director 1220
Ya'Ken Willis Junior Executive Director 1180
CJ Kidd Senior Executive Director 1140
Jerry Tapscott Senior Executive Director 640
Glenn Roberts Jr. Junior Executive Director 140
Thomas Morrison Executive Director 100

Note: Van Dang was not one of my personally sponsored members. However, since his sponsor (Felicia)
was sponsored by me,
I was able to add both of them to my powerleg and build below Van Dang.
All Felicia has to do at this point is upgrade her membership in order to start earning from the powerleg.

As you can see here, by my moving all of my upgraded members into 1 powerleg, I'm helping each member to qualify for Senior Exec, Regional Exec, National Exec, etc.
Let me give you another example of just how powerful creating Powerlegs can be. What if Terry Whitner signs up a member who upgraded to a Senior Exec before I make my moves (or before I signed up my next person). Let's call that member "Mary Jones". The object of each move is to help out as many people as possible with that move. So if Terry signed up Mary then I would have placed Dennis McKee below Mary:

Elridge Jones (would then have a group volume of 1962)
John Grwel (would then have a group volume of 1862)
Terry Whitner (would then have a group volume of 1822)
Mary Jones (now has group volume of 1760 rather than her initial 500cv for upgrading to Senior Exec)
Dennis McKee (would then have the same group volume of 1260)
Craig Gamble (would then have the same group volume of 1220)
Ya'Ken Willis (would then have the same group volume of 1180)
CJ Kidd (would then have the same group volume of 1140)
Jerry Tapscott (would then have the same group volume of 640)
Glenn Roberts Jr. (would then have the same group volume of 140)
Thomas Morrison (would then have the same group volume of 100 until new members join & upgrade)

Again, notice that one person upgrading changed the gv (group volume) of everyone ABOVE that person. This goes all the way to the top! Therefore, once you build your powerlegs deep, you'll gain gv when someone upgrades or purchases a product 10, 100 or even 1,000 levels below you. This WILL get MASSIVE!

I know what you may be thinking... "Poor Thomas Morrison".

How wrong you are:-) In building powerlegs, the constant placement of members below the last NEVER stops. For example, the next member that joins my downline and upgrades will go directly below Thomas and guess what? This move will help not only Thomas but everyone in Thomas' entire upline as well. If Thomas sponsors someone then I'd place my next upgraded member directly below Thomas' new signup instead of directly below Thomas. Again, the objective of moving members is to help out as many people as possible with that one single move or "Change of Sponsorship" as we call it. So basically, I give up sponsorship of these members as I move them just as if I never sponsored them at all. Sounds odd, right? Not really, if you want to help your team grow and maintain an extremely low drop out rate (retention).

So, is Elridge the only one with a good position here? NO! Of course, Elridge DOES have one of the best positions below me because anytime anyone in this leg (my 2nd leg - his 1st leg) signs up a member, purchases a product, upgrades, etc then he gets paid a commission. And believe me, when you have hundreds or even thousands of distributors beneath you, even small commissions here and there make up big Nutronix paychecks on the 15th of every month. My point is... there are no bad positions in a powerleg because each individual has the same opportunity to help his/her downline grow.

You don't even have to know how to Advertise!

We have GTTs that eliminate all of that. Just buy a set of GTTs (guaranteed tour takers) and follow up with them. Nobody wants to be in a home business all alone. So what is better than using a Powerleg system? Let your prospects know that you will be building beneath them, helping them to break even and eventually make huge profits. If you don't think that building Powerlegs pays off then ask Carolyn Kerr who is a 3 Star Executive Director (100,000cv+) and is the highest paid female in Nutronix. It was announced at the convention that Carolyn is well on her way to earning a quarter million dollars this year. Yes, since that time, she is now averaging $22,000+ per month while enjoying her products and training her downline how to do the same.

Even I am seeing a decent part time income building my Powerlegs in Nutronix. My first 1st leg has approximately 10,000cv, my second leg has about 4,500, earning me a little over $1,000 per month on average as an International Executive Director. Of course, this is not counting "BT" money.

What would an extra GRAND do for you?

My Nutronix checks alone has bought me an '07 Grand Vitara and is paying half of my monthly mortgage. My Berry Tree money goes straight to the bank. An extra $1,000 per month would change a lot of lifestyles. An extra $5,000 per month would change a lot of retirement dates:-)

The members in the chart above will be placed at the bottom of my 2nd Powerleg and assisting me in obtaining 1 Star Exec by the beginning Summer. This will more than double my income in Nutronix and, along with The Berry Tree, my monthly income should be somewhere around $5,000 if not more. Keep in mind that I've only been with these two companies since Feb. 27th '07 (just over 1 year). Why am I telling you when I joined? Because I've personally met people (at the Nutronix convention) who have been in Nutronix for 2 years and are barely Regional Executives. I don't want this to happen to you. These people do not have the training that I offer to my Team Elite members and they have no idea how to signup 5-10 members per month.

Why do people fail?

The members of Nutronix that don't at least break even in a timely manner eventually drop out for one reason. In fact, in GENERAL, those who fail at network marketing fail because of that same reason. What's the reason? Come on, THINK about it! Before I tell you the obvious answer, let me ask you some questions...

Do you know of someone who does extremely well at taking tests but absolutely "SUCK" at applying that knowledge to his/her REAL life?
How about a person that consistently passes their drivers license tests but you'd NEVER ride with them?
How about a doctor who constantly gets sued for not following protocol?

Maybe now you can begin to understand why most people fail at LIFE and reaching their goals. They know everything that they need to do but just don't DO IT. Is that not simple? Learn what you need to do and REALLY DO IT! In those 3 questions above, wouldn't that bit of knowledge help those people in LIFE? The doctor knows the rules and would make more money if he followed those rules. The person with bad driving habits knows the proper procedures involved with driving a car but does not apply them while driving. This can lead to a very short life OR ending the life of someone else, right? So this person does not have a "successful" or "winning" attitude. A kid studies all year for an exam, passes it with flying colors but ends up homeless in an alley by the time he's 30. THESE THINGS HAPPEN DAILY!

My point?

People fail for one reason... The mental inability to use the things that they DO know towards making a better life for themselves.

I'm willing to share with you everything that I know about building this business. It's up to you to ABSORB IT and USE IT. This reminds me of something I heard a long long time ago. "The reason why most people never reach their goals is because it's 1,000 times easier NOT to." That is so true.

With all of that being said...

Things to consider when building your Powerlegs...

1. Fill by enrollment date. You can not place members below other members who came in after them.
2. There's no need to build more than 2 legs until you've become a 3 Star Executive or very close to it. I recommend starting with just 1 until you have that leg growing and taking care of itself. Then start on leg 2 and do the same. In most cases, your sponsor will be actively assisting you in building your 1st leg as I've show in the charts.
3. You will be compensated with only 1 leg. However, you can not advance in the payment structure (past Senior Executive) until you've started the 2nd leg with the right amount of cv in it. Please visit your "Nutronix.com/username" page and click on "opportunity" for a more detailed view of the compensation plan or just go to Nutronixcompplan.com.
4. Sponsorship is changed from the "Summary" link in your Nutronix backoffice. It's a good idea when making "moves" to have 3 pages open simultaneously in order to see deeper levels easier (Summary, PS Genealogy and PS Viewer). Use your Internet Explorer or Firefox tabs.
5. Give all of your downline members a chance to upgrade before moving your members. If you move them too fast then this could leave someone out who wanted to upgrade which means that now this person is out of the cycle. However, you DO want to make your moves every single month.
6. You must move your members within the first 90 days of their enrollment.
7. Each person that signs up below you will start a new leg. It's up to you to move them below your weakest leg. Try to keep your legs somewhat even (according to cv)
8. You can only move someone who you directly sponsored or is on your level 1.
9. Never move someone who you did not personally sponsor. They may have been placed below you by your sponsor. Moving this person could damage what your upline is doing for his/her team.
10. ALL MOVES ARE FINAL. You cannot correct this if you make a mistake. So get with your direct sponsor or someone who knows how to do this. DO NOT experiment with building powerlegs.
